Temperature logs for cold storage that hold up at audit

Cooler temp rounds are the most common record a cold-storage operation keeps and the most commonly missed. Voiceflo lets operators speak the reading from the cooler door instead of walking back to a kiosk. Deviations alert the supervisor in the same second.

Speak the reading where you took it

Workers stand at the cooler, tap the mic, say "cooler 3, twenty-eight degrees, door sealed." The submission is stamped with the worker, the time, and the workflow. Numbers parse out for trending; checkboxes flip for sealed/unsealed. A photo can be attached if a reefer trailer needs visual proof of seal integrity.

Deviations alert in real time

Each cooler workflow carries its own alert thresholds. A reading outside the range flips the row red, posts to the supervisor's alert feed, and refuses to let the operator advance until they capture a corrective action. Trend charts surface coolers that drift over a shift before they trigger a hard alert.

Built for FSMA, cold-chain, and customer audits

Exports run by date range, by cooler, by workflow, or by operator. The full audit trail is queryable — every read, every alert, every corrective action, every supervisor sign-off. Integration into existing CMMS or ERP systems via the Supabase REST API.
